Hailey started working with horses in 2005 in a variety of capacities. These include dressage, jumping, English & western pleasure, barrel racing, roping, goat tying, reining and trail riding: competing in many of these disciplines. In addition, Hailey has extensive experience providing basic and specialty care for horses of all ages and needs; developing young horses; finding appropriate horses for riders/sales; and more. She has extensive experience caring for and training horses, providing quality education to riders, and managing a large, multi-faceted horse facility.

Hailey was born and raised in Rosemount, Minnesota. She was blessed with a supportive family that was confident she could do anything - and so she has, or at least tried. Starting at a young age, she became an avid traveler, currently having been to 49 states and several countries. Growing up, Hailey participated in many sports including softball, gymnastics, swimming and volleyball - obviously it was horses that stuck.

Hailey attended Arizona State University where she graduated with a B.S. in supply chain management and a B.A. in business sustainability. Upon graduation, she proceeded to work as a manager in corporate America. She excelled when it came to leading people, because she realized it was one in the same to training horses. She has gained many business, leadership and training skills through her education and professional experience, which she uses in all aspects of her life.

Today, outside of horses, Hailey is an avid Christian, bowler, traveler, scuba diver, alpine skier, artist, movie and concert connoisseur, Minnesota Vikings fan and the latest one - golfer.
